Dear students, As we all know HSC Board Exam will begin from 21st February, 2024. This is an important milestone in your life. We are always there to support you by all means. Still we would request you all to make sure that you do not panic and do not stress.

Always remember, health is of utmost importance. So make sure you eat all right and healthy food. Sleep is equally important. Make sure you have the right amount of sleep. This helps the brain to function properly. Mentioned below are the rules and regulations to be followed while appearing for HSC Board Exam.

1) Carry your physical copy of hall ticket daily to the exam centre.
2) You can laminate your hall tickets if need be.
3) Please keep 2-3 photo copies of the hall ticket before lamination.
4) All students should wear uniform.
5) It is compulsory to carry your own transparent bottle of water.
6) Students must carry transparent writing pad and transparent pouch for HSC Board exam.
7) Other pads and pouches will not be allowed at all.
8) Electronic gadgets like mobile phones, smart watches etc are not allowed.
9) In case you are already on some medication which you might have to take while the exam is going on, then bring an application written by your parents and submit the medicine and show the application to the supervisor who is in your class.

11) Students should wear slippers or floaters or sandles as they need to remove them outside the exam hall.
12) For writing the exam students should use either blue or black pen.
13) Students are not allowed to change the ink while writing the HSC Board exam.
14) For any rough work, students must use only the last page of the answer sheet.
15) Students must write only the hall ticket no on the question paper and must not write anything else. Because it will be considered as wrong practice.
16) Students to check the answer sheet if all pages are right and printed properly and there are no loose pages. The no of pages in the original answer sheer is 28. After that only they should start writing the 1st page.
17) While drawing lines or margins with pencil, students should draw the same gently, so that the paper dosent get damaged.
18) Students will get their question paper at 11 am.
19) This year the exam time is 11 am to 2:10 pm.
20) By 1:30 pm or 1:45 pm students should know if they would require any supplements as the same will not given in the last 15 mins of the exam.
21) For any given time of the exam whether morning or afternoon, students must have proper food to avoid any dizziness or other problems.
22) Students need to be seated in the exam hall by 10:30 am.
22) Keeping in view the current traffic situation in the city, make sure to reach the exam centre on time.
23) Parents are not allowed inside the exam centre.
24) Parents to remain at the gate if they are accompanying the students.
24) Students to check the slots of the exam properly as the exams are either in the morning or afternoon shift.
